    FORUM (PAPER PRESENTATION)

  • Maximum 2 per team
  • participants will be asked to draw a conceptual design of a four wheeler
  • Font size: 12, Style: Times New Roman, Heading font size: 14
  • Margins Top & Bottom: 1.25 inch - Left & Right: 1 inch
  • 2 per team Paper must be sent in A4 size papers not exceeding 12 pages excluding abstract page
  • Bring a hard copy while coming for presentation,
  • Presentation should be of 8+2 minutes for presentation and queries,
  • Last date for receiving abstracts – 5th August,2008

  • 2 members per team
  • Materials for modeling will be provided
  • Participants will be asked to make a static model with given materials and time of maximum two hours.

    SAIL OR SINK-"Explore the world with air"

  • Participants must come with a boat made of any material which can sail in a water tub of depth 2ft length 6ft breadth 4ft.
  • The boat should consist of no propelling or driving member.
  • Participant’s boat should be built in a way such that it should sail in the track provided without any deviation from the track.
  • The time and distance travelled will be considered.
  • Wind needed for sailing will be provided with the help of a fan.
  • First round will be to make the boat sail in still water.
